How a Jaguar Smart Key Works
Jaguar smart key is a handy way to lock and unlock your vehicle from a distance. Like all electronic devices, it is powered by a battery.
Your car could show an increase in its range of signals if your Smart Key battery begins to go out of service. The message center may also show an alert "SMART-KEY BATTERY LOW".
Keyless Entry
This feature lets you access your Jaguar without digging through your purse or pockets. The system utilizes a proximity sensor to detect the Jaguar Smart Key, which will trigger the automatic opening of your XE. When you're ready to shut your trunk, just hold the Activity Key up against it. The danger lights will light up to indicate that it's been successfully connected.

Panic Alarm
